TRIPLI-KIT

Los Angeles's only boutique culinary-focused retail store specializing in cookbooks, kitchen gadgets & other culinary essentials. As the ballona wetlands set the perfect backdrop from the backdoors, and the creak/marina nearby played a large part in the design reference. Tripli-kit is a bright, poppy, beachy feel with blue + green accents, white washed wood, and use of sailing rope for display. Use of triangles and "threes' is unifying theme throughout. the major feature is a set of three custom steel triangles creating the shelving and spanning nearly the entire length of the space. The triangles decrease in size as you move towards the back, leading the the smallest of the triangles where we have the kids section and display at their level. In addition DUST created the custom logo comprised of three lines to create the font.
